📅Booking

The minimum length of stay is 1 night. For long-term stays (7+ nights) we offer discounts up to 20%. The longer the stay, the bigger the discount – 7-13 nights: 10%, 14-29 nights: 15%, 30+ nights: 20%.
You can book online directly on our website apartmanvita.sk, where you can choose your dates and apartment. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone at +421 940 728 676 or by email at info@apartmanvita.sk.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. For later cancellations, we charge a fee for the first night. Special conditions apply for long-term reservations (14+ nights).
Yes, after a successful booking, we will automatically send you a confirmation to your email with reservation details, check-in instructions, and contact information.
🔑Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM. If you need an earlier arrival or later departure, contact us – we'll try to accommodate you based on availability. Late check-out must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
Check-in is contactless. We send check-in instructions, the address, and the electronic lock code via WhatsApp. If you don't have WhatsApp, we'll send an SMS or give you a call. You'll also receive detailed information by email. Please note: the building has no elevator – the apartments are on upper floors and are not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Yes, check-in is flexible and possible 24/7 thanks to the contactless system. Just let us know your estimated arrival time.

Yes, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, and cutlery. A kettle and basic kitchen supplies are also available. A washing machine is available in the Design and Deluxe apartments.
Yes, all apartments have free high-speed WiFi connection (100+ Mbps). You'll find the access credentials in the apartment.
Yes, one parking space is available at the building in the courtyard (accessible through a remote-controlled gate). A second parking space is available by arrangement for an additional fee. Parking is permitted for personal vehicles and vans up to the size of a Vito or Staria. Delivery trucks and minibuses are not permitted.
Yes, all apartments have air conditioning with temperature control. In winter, the air conditioning also serves as heating.

We accept online card payment through the secure Stripe payment system, bank transfer, or cash on arrival. For online payments, we use 3D Secure verification.
For online bookings, you pay immediately by card. For bookings by phone or email, you can pay by bank transfer within 24 hours or in cash on arrival (by agreement).
Yes, we'll automatically send you an invoice by email after payment. If you need an invoice for your company, provide us with your company ID and tax ID when booking.

Apartmány Vita is located directly on Šturovo Square in the historic center of Trenčín. Trenčín Castle is 5 minutes walk, the main square 2 minutes.
Yes, there are many restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area. Tesco supermarket is 3 minutes walk, Billa 5 minutes. The pedestrian zone with restaurants is right in front of the building.
From the train station it's 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi. From the bus station 8 minutes walk. We'll send you detailed instructions after booking.

Pets are generally not allowed. In exceptional cases, individual arrangements can be made – only by calling us directly (+421 940 728 676), only non-shedding breeds, and only for guests who have arranged this with us in advance. We do not accept new dogs. Thank you for understanding.
No, all apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony (if the apartment has one) or in front of the building.
Yes, the apartments are ideal for families. A baby cot is available on request. Please note that a high chair is not available. The building has no elevator. The Design and Deluxe apartments can accommodate up to 6 people.
Yes, all apartments are equipped with clean towels and bed linen. For long-term stays (7+ nights), we change the linen.
